1. Educational Estimates Only
All estimates generated by the Mortgage Advisor AI calculators, charts, and chatbot summaries are provided for **informational and educational purposes only**. We do not guarantee approval for any interest rate, payment schedule, or loan amount. Actual rates depend on your credit profile, market variations, and direct lender underwriting. We are not a licensed financial advisory firm or legal counselor.
2. Independent Matching Service
Mortgage Advisor AI operates an independent matching service for brokers and home buyers:
- We are **not a mortgage lender**, bank, or broker. We do not issue pre-approvals or make loan-origination decisions.
- We do not charge users any fee to use our calculator or lead matching tools.
- Any connection we establish between you and a licensed lender does not represent an endorsement or guarantee of their terms. Your interactions and agreements with matched lenders are solely your responsibility.
3. Accuracy of Submitted Data
You agree to supply truthful, current, and accurate financial and contact parameters in the Onboarding Wizard. Supplying falsified data or automated spam submissions is a violation of these terms.
4. Intellectual Property
The structure, algorithms, design layout, and code elements of Mortgage Advisor AI and its embeddable widget are the intellectual property of Mortgage Advisor AI. You may not reverse-engineer, scrape, or distribute the widget code for commercial gain without a paid SaaS subscription.
5. Limitation of Liability
Mortgage Advisor AI and its developers shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, or consequential damages resulting from the use of, or inability to use, this calculator, including decisions made or loans secured through matched third-party lenders.
6. Governing Law
These Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States.
